Shipping & Returns
COMPLIMENTARY PRIORITY SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS OVER $75.
For orders under $75, the cost of shipping is $8.00 for Priority and $25 for UPS Next Day Air.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Once confirmed, we will begin processing your order and will ship it to you as soon as possible.
While we aim to process your order the same business day, fulfillment may take up to two business days to complete. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Orders shipped via Priority Mail (USPS Priority or UPS Ground) are expected to arrive in 2-5 business days once shipped—while most orders arrive in less than three business days—depending on where you are located. We will choose to ship either USPS or UPS based on the fastest estimated shipping time to your location. If you have a carrier preference, please send us an e-mail after checkout. Please allow additional shipping time during the holiday season. All orders ship from our offices in Nashville, TN.
For orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air, your package will arrive the following business day once processed. While we aim to process & ship Next Day Air orders the same day, fulfillment time cannot be guaranteed.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday: 9am- 5pm EST, excluding major holidays. Orders received after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. For special requests concerning expedited processing times, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
At this time, we are unable to support International, APO/FPO/DPO or PO Box address shipping.
At Lulette, we pride ourselves in curating a selection of items that we think are incredible—and we want you to feel the same way. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason at all, we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. Please see below for applicable conditions:
• For unused items in their original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt, Lulette will be delighted to provide a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment or will be returned in the form of store credit, if desired. Please allow up to fourteen days for your refund to be credited. Shipping charges and applied discounts are nonrefundable.
• For items that have been open, tried, or tested; or items returned 30 days after receipt, we will gladly issue store credit in the form of a Lulette gift card to be used on future purchases.*
* We are human (and clearly beauty obsessed ourselves), so we understand that you might be thinking- how am I going to know if I don’t like a product unless I open it and use it? We totally get it! However, we have created this policy to protect the integrity of our products for all consumers—including you—so that you know when you purchase a product from Lulette it will be in pristine condition, straight from the creator, and never the subject of a previous return.
To initiate a return for either a full refund or store credit, please email email@example.com and include the following information:
1. Your full name
2. Your shipping address
3. Order number– found in your confirmation email or at the top of the invoice that came with your package
4. Date of order
5. Items to be returned
6. Reason for return (optional, but we’d love to help you find something that would work better for you!)
Once we receive your return request, a team member will contact you within two business days and will instruct you on how to proceed.
