Scoop a small amount of scrub and massage in circular movements to gently exfoliate the skin, taking additional care on drier areas such as knees and elbows.

Rinse throughly with warm water and pat skin dry. Also great if applied before/ during a bath.  Use 2-3 times a week. 

If using in the bath, make sure to clean the tub throughly after use! The oils from the product could make it slippery.
